Asphalt Sealing
Our asphalt sealing process is as follows:

First we edge where your lawn meets your driveway. Then clean your driveway with our industrial blowing equipment. Using brooms to assist with any stubborn debris. (Sealer wont adhere properly if there is any loose debris on your asphalt.)
Then we protect any parts of your property we don't want to expose to our sealer.
The next step is edging your drive way to achieve clean crisp lines.
Now we just have to brush on or spray sealer to the remainder of the asphalt and caution tape off any entrances to your driveway.
Your asphalt is now sealed! You may walk on the driveway after 4 hours of curing in the sun. 24 hours later you have full use of your driveway again.
Crack Filling
Crack filling is one of the most important forms of maintenance for your asphalt. Preventing water damage greatly prolongs the life of your driveway or parking lot.

Our crack filling process includes cleaning loose debris out of the crack and off the edges of these cracks. Then removing moisture from within them. Once the cracks are clean and dry we fill them with hot liquid rubber
Cracks must be clean and free of moisture to allow the liquid rubber to flow properly and adhere to your Asphalt.
Once the rubber cools off and hardens it keeps out water and moves with your driveway. This prevents any further damage.
Surface Cleaning
Our surface cleaning service allows us to remove mold, mildew, rust stains, dirt, debris, grease, oil and graffiti from most surfaces.
Including asphalt, concrete, roofing, siding and most painted materials.
We use only professional grade pressure washers, surface cleaners and chemicals in this process. We will bring our own water tank but we do need a water supply to keep it topped up.
